Cried tears of joy when my supplies finally are arrived, I have horrible medical insurance and uninterested/unattainable surgergeons from INOVA. Thank you very much to Comfort Medical. You’ve been extremely helpful under bad circumstances. My thank you doesn’t seem adequate for what you’ve done for for me. Hope we continue to have this incredible consumer/ supplier relationships! fantastic but you need to improve the square night/ bag. (DRAIN SPOUT). sometimes you have to struggle to get it to drain. (even in the down position) THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO

Was easy to set up. Beverly was very helpful. Received supplies the next day but did not include catalog as I had requested.

Good service, however the supplies were shipped to the wrong address so that was a little frustrating. Otherwise I had no complaints.

I just started with Comfort, so I haven’t gone through the billing process yet. Therefore I can’t give five stars, but so far the ordering and receiving portion has been easy and fast.
