Great company! Fast order. Would use again.

Received quickly and in good shape. Large variety of catheters. Consumer support is there to answer any questions. They are open to return what you have not used. Some caution, my delivery was for 3 months. That takes up too much shelve space and you don’t need so many to make a decision and you can’t change things until they are ready to refill. That was my fault because I didn’t ask before I opened the second box. That was not explained to me initially. I do want to try another brand.

Was not able to get my urostomy supplies in a timely manner. I ran out of supplies before I was able to get some more from the supply company

I would rate them a 5 but they're considered out of network by my insurance company so my out of pocket cost will be much higher than if they were in network.
