I made the correct decision to switch to Comfort Medical. Their team appears totally dedicated and professional. My previous provider seldom had a human answer the phone. ALWAYS forcing me to wait for up to 45 minutes. Service is fantastic with Comfort Medical.

Very good experience

I am very pleased with the service I received from Comfort Care. The person I spoke with was extremely helpful and the items were shipped in a timely manner. If I had a complaint it would be that I cannot find out the total of my order when it's shipped. I was told it had to go through the insurance firat. I feel that since they know I will owe 30% of the total , and they should know the cost of the items I ordered, they should be able to give me an estimate even though the final amount may be slightly different.

Excellent customer service. Mark, representative was very polite and helpful.
