Customer service was Great and very helpful when I placed my order. Expecting delivery in 3 to 5 business days as explained, However after waiting I called to find the status of my order I was informed that due to a delay with my Insurance approval my order has not been shipped yet, I should have been informed that approval was needed first before any order could be processed. Fortunately I contacted Hollister and they shipped me out a supply to hold me till I received this order.I understand that you cannot control Insurance companys approval but this info up front would have been helpful.
