Helpful getting me supplies needed

had an excellent experience from start to finish (package got here yesterday afternoon). the agent answered promptly, was easy to understand, skilled, and caring. the correct products arrived when promised. much better experience than dealing with the last company, Medline, which could not be counted upon at all.

Very nice to work with.

The only issue I have is that the catheter is very slippery making it difficult to hold on to when inserting. Other wise a great device.
