The time it took to get the doctor's signature and to have my shipment shipped was too long. The product I had was too thick and it was hurting me and I waited from October 12 th to the first week of December. As soon as your shipment arrived I started to use it two times a day(14). I was only able to use the coloplast 16 once a day at night.

My urology supplies usually come for 3 months at a time. For the first time ever, my "Cardinal Health Lubricating Jelly" boxes showed on the invoice but they were no where too be found in the three shipping boxes. There was plenty of room for them in the three shipping boxes. I waited two days and then called Comfort Medical staff on Friday Dec. 4th. They were very kind and said they would send the missing lubricants to me. I felt awkward knowing that Comfort Medical staff had no proof as to whether I was telling the truth or not. The missing lubricant packages showed up today on Tuesday December 8. Thank you!

A little tough to connect on the phone with Pacific time. Knowledgeable staffer, easy ordering. Received in 5 days. Catalog is narrow for concave (or convex flip ) pouches when dealing with Herniation. Would like to see more peristomal wound treatments.

Comfort Medical did a great job contacting my husband reminding him to reorder his ileostomy supplies. The call center rep was very understanding and kind. In addition, a Specialist from the company contacted my husband and she sent him samples, then followed up with him to discuss the items. Shipping took a little longer then usual, however I understand that its the holidays and issues with Covid-19 that delays normal procedures. The one negative thing about the mist recent order was that the package was sent to my old address. I found this peculiar because he already received 2 boxes to the new address. We had to pick them up. Wasn’t too bad because the old address is only 14 miles.

Male catheters have a almost french tip. It works for me about 98% of the time. The ordering and shipping department are very good.
