Top notch. From first phone call to delivery.

Comfort Medical's Customer Service Rep, John, has been extremely helpful and efficient in getting my last two orders placed and shipped to me efficiently and correctly. This time, I have been detained out of town due to an emergency medical issue. He placed the order and had it ready to ship to Maryland within 24 hours. The company also advised me that there would be a one to two day delay due to distribution problems, but still had it ready to go within 24 hours. Note: I had a highly frustrating experience with Federal Express. They advised me on 4 separate occasions that the package would be delivered on a specific date, and nothing arrived. ( I spent over 6 hours trying to get a status on-line and to get to a live representative. The Customer Advocate Dept got involved and promised it would be delivered on a priority basis, and still no package. Initially it apparently sat in a warehouse in Hagerstown MD for several days , then in sat on a delivery truck for and additional 2 days The original "advocate" apparently did not follow through, and gave me a bad reference number and false employee number in an attempt to get a good survey rating at the end of our conversation (you need neither to complete the survey) . On Sunday evening, after waiting all day for the third time, I finally got a representative who followed through, and got it delivered to me the following afternoon (he also reported the first advocate representative for his errors and unethical behavior). By that time I was totally out of supplies, had driven 60 miles round trip to a pharmacy who did not have the skin barrier in stock, but found three in a donation closet that would work, donated by a customer. I thought you should know about the problems with the delivery company, but certainly do not hold Comfort Medical responsible. Feel free to use the rating and the positive comments regarding Comfort Medical, and to delete my comments regarding difficulties with Fed-X for your purposes. I just felt you should be aware of the problems.

Comfort Medical is awesome. But I dk have an issue with the warehouse. My last package was supposed to be signature requested and it wasn't. FedEx put it on the front porch, did not let me know it was there, and my grandson's dog torr open the box and scattered my supplies all over the front yard. It was sitting out all night because I didn't receive a delivery email until the next day and it was 25° that night. Thinking of switching to another service. The October package never got delivered and had to be re-ordered.

I called, you sent, I received very fast. What more could I ask for? REL

Have used Comfort Medical for many years. Customer service is always awesome! One time the shipment came and was wet. I had a new shipment the next day.

This is our first experience with Comfort Medical. Everyone we worked with was so friendly, courteous and helpful in answering our questions. Our order was processed quickly and we were able to track our package. There was one item that was not correct, but I called and it was taken care of immediately. It was a good experience and we look forward to ordering our supplies through Comfort Medical. It’s refreshing to have such great customer service. Thank you.
