They always call when it is time for our new order. They cal and cal and email and email if for any reason I miss the first ones and they make sure you are contacted for what you need. They are always pleasant on the phone and send out our supplies instantly and have it in hand within a matter of a day or days. Very pleasant to work with and would very much recommend having them as a supplier to anyone.

Using the app is a great way to re order. It would be great if I could view other options to order, different sizes in things or make changes on app but this is not possible
