Excellent service able to answer my questions and my order came in a very timely matter

So far, this has been a great experience. From the phone call, to the quick delivery, it was easy and free to get the supplies my 94 yr. old mother needs. She had been paying out-of-pocket, not realizing the supplies were covered by Medicare! Thanks to staff @ Brattleboro Hospital and Comfort Medical!

Forgot to order but was called by comfort medical as a reminder, got it in on time and it was delivered in plenty of time so i didn't run out of supplys. Thank you Comfort Medical workers for a fine job. John

I researched multiple supply companies, you guys are the best and I must say I give most of the credit to your customer service representative I spoke with, way above and beyond, very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. This representative needs to be recognized, the best I've spoken with. I received the exact products I requested and very fast, I might add. Love your company and will highly recommend to everyone. I highly recommend Comfort Medical. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable in relation to Medicare and regulations. My Medicare request was initially denied. Comfort Medical stepped in, contacted the right parties, helped with the appeal, and my claim was approved. All the supplies I needed were then delivered promptly. Overall, first class service!
