I was completely satisfied with the speed of processing the order. The only reason I gave a 4 star is because I couldnt get an amount for my portion of payment. I dont like surprises

Everything works quite well with alerts…
Everything works quite well with alerts and ordering each month. The last order, however, was a couple days later than usual, making me a bit nervous. Luckily the shipment arrived on the very day I needed it. Just a bit too close for comfort.

Adding addition items to my regular order.
I've been ordering ostomy supplies from Comfort Medical for several years and I'm very happy with the overall service. I'm very happy now that I can order my supplies on-line...it's much easier. My base order each month usually doesn't change. However, there are some items that I don't need each month, and I historically order them just when I need them....such Eakin seals which I only need every 3 or 4 months. I wasn't able to add them to my order this last time, the system only appears to let me repeat last months order. I would like to see this fixed.
