My re-order for ostomy supplies was quick and order received in 2 days! Great service!

I have had major issues with other distributors of my ostomy supplies, to the point I couldn't even have my questions answered and was not receiving delivery before running out. I did a search of recommended companies to deal with, and unfortunately, most of them did not carry my preferred pouches or supplemental supplies. So when I ran across Comfort Medical, I thought "What will it hurt to contact them?" Boy, am I glad I did. The response was immediate, and Beverly, my point of contact, was not only personable and easy to work with but very knowledgeable about both my needs and physical issues as well as the products I use (and Comfort carries---yea!) and possible alternatives. Every question I had attempted to have answered through other sources was clarified--every single question!--and I knew, once the box was delivered as promised with no delays, I was in the best possible hands. I can't recommend Comfort Medical enough, but let me just start here by saying that it deserves twice the number of stars for excellence in customer satisfaction!
