Someone dropped the ball last time I ordered.(The time before this order!) I told the person that I needed to increase my order to 12 caths a day and the Dr agreed. His assistant was ready to change the order when requested. When I was called for this order the Dr of record I have not been to for over 6-9 months. I had given the correct Dr info at least 1 maybe 2 orders ago. Fortunately I had a bag left over from vacation to fill in & also wash & reuse like in the Dark Ages

I wish you would send out the supplies sooner after reordered. I only have a couple of days left by the time it’s sent. I get the order quickly when it’s finally processed.
