The employee I talked to was great but I had a very hard time getting to a person. I kept getting disconnected or put in hold and no one ever answered. When my order came it was t complete - some items were missing.

Received my ileostomy bags promptly, but did not receive adhesive remover and skin protectant barrier.

I have not received my order yet. It was shipped on the 6th and it is now the 28th. I spoke with Claudia at customer service and she is resending my order out overnight. She was very helpful and pleasant.

Everything ordered was delivered in a timely manner and everything was there. However, did not give 5 stars due to carrler dropping boxes outside the gate instead of on side porch as requested.

Most of the phone numbers listed for you are automated messages about your changing system, etc., that leave no option to speak to anyone. It took a week of trying before I could reach a human who cared about my situation. She got my order renewed in the nick of time. I wish I had gotten her name so I could publicly thank her. Hope you got it together by the next time I need to renew my order. This time was really frustrating! PS: admittedly, this was the first time I ever had a bad experience with the great folks at Comfort. Hopefully, it was just a glitch.

Although shipping shorted my order, customer service corrected the error quickly.

I've using this company since last July. They send an email saying I'm ready for reorder, I just click and they send it out. It arrives quickly. This last order however I decided to add a couple things, which were in my script. I called got it set up. There was an issue with my insurance so they called me. They were updating their system. I got it figured out and called back on a Friday they said someone would be calling me back. I waited until Monday and no call. Tuesday I call, they take my info for a call back. Within a couple hours I received it and got insurance figured out. I didn't hear anything from them if my order was being sent. After a couple weeks a box showed up with my supplies.

I didn’t like the new procedure of not talking to a salesperson but waiting for a call back. I understand this probably saves time and personal but I don’t like it.
