Excellent customer service I have ever dealt with. An item was on factory back order and they left me a message to let me know and filled the order with a comparable item from the same manufacturer. Comfort Medical emailed my Dr. the prescription to be filled out and my new order was shipped out with out a delay. Highly recommend based on their professional customer service department.

Lynette was very helpful and professional. She reassured us that we will get the product in a timely manner and we did. She also told us that Comfort Medical will assist us before our next renewal to find us an in-network provider.

There was an issue with getting the correct prescriptions from the doctors office and the Comfort Medical staff were so supportive and helpful as we worked through the problem. As soon as the prescription issues were worked out, we received my husband’s supplies overnight. The order was accurate and I felt so relieved to have the supplies he needs. Thank you!
