It would be much better if it allowed you to add items.

Glad to have online option. Improvement would be to allow additions to order, used for items needed more sporadically like karaya powder.

Took one star because it took two weeks to process my request for a refill.. I had to do the calling back and forth between my doctors office and Comfort to follow up because i was running out of supply.. It was stressful on my part..

Everything was great until I got the package. The box was open on top and on bottom. I don't think anybody open it, the person that tape the box didn't put the tape in the middle and one side was barely taped and that was on both sides and the tape came loose.

This is a great company. I get my ostomy supplies from them and they are very pleasant to deal with. I was missing some adhesive remover spray from my order and i called them and they made the correction with no issue. I would and will recommend them to my fellow ostomates.

I think Comfort Medical is very efficient. I did find the last customer rep to be quite brusque in how she dealt with me, and think although she may have been efficient she could have been even slightly more congenial in her handling of the phone call.

I use a fr-16 catheter. You sent me leg locks got a fr-12. I called to get an fr-16 you sent me a fr-16 but it cuts off the flow like it's too small. However y'all are right on point with order. I even called to cancel leg bags and got more bed bags with no problem.

Wrong item shipped. Corrected next day No problem
