I placed my order but found out it was held up without anyone contacting me until after the date I needed one of the supply items. Fortunately my support group had a few extra I could borrow from. I have had issues with late orders before as you always run the ship date up to to the last possible minute which does not allow for issues. I am changing insurance companies in 2021 so my plan is to return to my previous vendor.

Everything was fine except FedEx. The FedEx driver consistently leaves the package about 25 to 30 feet from my front door at my driveway. I am 88 years old and walk with a walker. There is no way that I can get the package into my house by myself. I have complained about this before. Comfort medical has insisted that they must ship by FedEx. FedEx is very unsatisfactory. Otherwise, enjoy your services, but I will be forced to switch suppliers if this type of shoddy delivery is to continue. How did I get the package in my house? Someone was walking by my house, walking their dog, and I asked if they could help me, which they did. I am not always so lucky.

Awful customer service will not use these people again, they will hang up on your dr office and will not return phone calls. They are a huge waste of time. I will never recommend this company to any one

FedEx lost my package over a week ago and no one has been able to fix the problem. I will need a new order. Please reach out to me.

Had no communication and dropped the ball on insurance. Customer service was lacking. We had great luck with past orders but not this time. Will look for another company.

HAVEN'T RECEIVED THEM....A long delay from ordering to shipping, after notifying them I was out of town and would return middle of November so I was pushing the limit of my stash

Your services sucks I don’t have no catheters because you sent the wrong sizes and kind then took them back and making wait to get the right sizes knowing I need them it’s been one week dealing with you and still nothing.

My order was late and it was wrong. These people act like they don’t have a clue as to what they are doing. One more mistake and I’m firing them.
