Lynette was very helpful, friendly, and understanding about my discomfort talking about the catheterization details. She suggested a second type of catheter that I might find easier (I am 77 years old and have never had to deal with catheterization, especially self-catheterization before) and included some samples with my order for 60 standard coloplast catheters. Order was received promptly. I was very satisfied with the entire experience.
