Everything has been wonderful about this company. The process to set up and order the products for my dad was easy and everything was verified quickly and then my order arrived quickly. It means so much as a caregiver, to have one less worry or thing to take care of.

Faith (my rep) is extremely thorough and explained everything beautifully! She even called me back to follow up on some info I asked for that she didn't have access to, at the time of our 1st conversation.

Customer service is outstanding. I appreciate their patience, this is fairly new to me and not knowing what to order, they explained to me additional products that I may want to try, they sent samples and were so kind to do so.
