My biggest issue is delivery. I live down a rural dirt road. It's bumpy, its wet in the winter and it is currently full of snow. Most people in my 800 person community have PO boxes. It has been this way for 60 years. It more convenient to go to the Post office than to fight with couriers to fight over the street addresses. I named my own road. It's on the assessor's map. Google and Tom Tom have NOT consulted the assessor's map. They either don't recognize my road and the way to it, (google) or they make up a name that does not exist (Tom Tom). And the maps they publish are wrong, which is awful for such a small community. The map lists dirt paths through the sagebrush as a named real road and ignores other real roads with housing on both sides. I dread the fights I have with vendors over the phone about why I need things sent to my PO Box. Sometimes I end up having to cancel my order because they just won't send me my stuff. Comfort Medical sends to my PO box. That means a lot to me.
