I was with another company before and had constant problems. I signed up with comfort medical and they had my supplies shipped out to me within a couple of days. They handled all the paperwork, they contacted my doctor for the prescription to be signed, and their shipping was quick. Their customer service representative was very helpful. Altogether this is an amazing company that cares for its customers.

Very happy with the product that I am receiving now.

Health struggles can leave a person feeling alone, small, sometimes scared. Visiting the Doctor's office seldom relieves these feelings because of the rush in which visits take place and the staffing reductions have removed the people who once had time to smile at me, even if they couldn't slow down to talk. When I talk to the Comfort Medical staff, I don't feel so alone anymore. I hope you will relay to your team how important they ALL are, even the folks who fill the orders but especially the phone team. Thank you. Doug R.

Very helpful. Got the supplies in time. Had to return some items but they made that process painless.

Great service! I appreciate the reminders when it comes time to reorder. Always professional and courteous. Ostomy products are fresh and not died out.
