Had to call to order, but it all came on time. Trying to do this online would not let me order other than what I had ordered the time before. Some are in packets of 50 so not needed every time.

had to change catheter supply company d/t insurance. Found this company by doing an internet search, they had good customer reviews so I gave it a shot and they were awesome. Had the catheters I have been using for years so didn't have to change. Spoke to a customer service rep each time I called, no jumping through hoops with computerized menus. Had a small glitch with getting authorization from insurance and they were prompt and very helpful with resolving that. everyone I spoke to was so helpful and friendly

The caller was courteous and took information about items that I needed. My order was delivered promptly. The items that I had requested were provided and were in excellent condition.
