Had a problem getting the prescription from the Dr office. But other than that it was a very good experience.

I have always been very pleased with my orders coming in, this time however they were not packed as tightly as they usually are and one of the boxes came open with the catheters rolling all over and a second one real close to doing the same.

Recieved products very quickly but the order was incomplete. We called and it was corrected very quickly and received the rest of our supplies within a couple days. Very happy with the customer service.

The order came in time, but I was shorted two boxes of barrier rings. I called to let them know of the error, and received the missing boxes in just a few days.

All in all this a much more personable company than the others I have dealt with. Sometimes, an order has a mistake but overall I am happy with the service.

The order arrived, but when I opened it you sent the correct catheters but it has the temperature minder attachment which I told the person I talked with I did not need. The hospital that put that one in me was only because they did not have any other catheters at that time.
