It took a month for my order to arrive. No communication at all. I had to shop elsewhere.

Mary Ann faxed my order on 1-15. I followed about a week later and was told it was still in process and they were waiting for an order from my doctor. That order was in the process before I was called for my insurance information and to confirm delivery address. It was delivered on 1-28. I do not consider this an example of good service.

Comfort Medical has been so good for years, but my last two orders were awful. In November I had to reuse catheters, and I'm going to have to do the same this time. I called 8 days ago when I saw that I was getting low and explained that my usage has gone up, probably because of the holidays. It wasn't till today that I got a call that there was a problem and that they hadn't sent any catheters. I don't understand why there's a problem; am I supposed to use the same number of catheters forever? Then waiting 8 days to let me know I'm not getting any catheters is ridiculous. I'm going to be pretty unhappy if I get another bladder infection because of reusing catheters.

I placed my order the beginning of November I received my order almost the end of January.

This order was placed right after my husband's last catheter change. Due to 2 sepsisinfecton, he gets catheter changes every 3 weeks. The 3 month supplies with one order seemed to be a nice arrangement. I have told your reps this interval several times as did his doctor. But you had to send an authorization request AGAIN, and then you sent an approval request to his insurance company AGAIN. So here we are, his next appointment is tomorrow and we stil don't have the new supplies!!! I don't know what to do toget my husband needed spplies for his appointments.

Each day I was told my order would be here the next day. The arrival date was the 19. Today is 25.I guess I should have ordered sooner it has not arrived yet!! if I had an leak I would be without supplies!!! L

Customer service is horrible. It took 3 weeks to even get my first order initiated and talking to the manager. This place feels like its a small time family operation who doesn't have their stuff together at all. I could never get a hold of my rep and received misinformation when I got a call back.I I had to do this again, I would have told the referring company to choose someone else.

I have NOT placed any order with you. Please tell me how I can the carton back to you. I do not wish to keep it. Thank you in advance. James Puehl
