Your employe that I first talked to(Mark) was nothing short of completely awesome!! He helped me out of a horrible predicament that Liberator left me in! Without Mark I don't know what I would have done. I was having a complete anxiety attack. Mark put me at ease immediately! And went over and beyond to help me. Thank God. I will always use Comfort Medical from now on. I don't even have to think twice about that one! Liberator dropped the ball soooo many times on me, but this last time was very seriously bad. Thank you so very much for being a caring and kind person Mark!!!

Just received my first shipment of catheters yesterday. So far my experience with Comfort has been awesome! Melissa was great to work with. She handled everything, contacted insurance, set me up with samples and got everything else all set up. It was a very pleasant every time we spoke. Harley Mead contacted me before shipping my samples. I talked to him a couple of times. Very enjoyable speaking with him. He was not only informative but very personable as well. Out of the samples I chose the Coloplast Speedicath Soft. I had been using a Convatec product and wasn't happy with it at all. Eyelets were very uncomfortable going both ways. With the Speedicath there's no more discomfort or pain. I cath 4 times a day so it really has helped change my outlook on the future. I'm relatively new to self catheterization so the couple of months of discomfort had me heading into depression. So finding a catheter that works for me has been a life changer. Working with the people I've been involved with at Comfort Medical has been part of that life changing experience too. In talking on the phone to Melissa and Harley I actually felt like they cared about me. Like I said, I just received my first shipment but so far I am very happy with this company. I would recommend them to anyone
