It was a very easy process but there was no communication before I received my supplies. I had to call to see if my order was even processed. I received the "Your order has shipped" message two days after I received my supplies. After, however, I did receive 3 emails and a phone call making sure all was well with my order, which it was. People are very nice and helpful.

There was a little mix up with the order, but it was corrected. Product was sent right away.

Customer Service was knowledgeable, helpful and very professional - I would recommend your services very highly.

overall good service-I had to wait with no catheters for over a week- because the beginning supply that my doctor gave me ran out. I was told to reuse the same catheters for about four days and this made me nervous. I do not know if this is the fault of my doctor ordering this supply to start me out, or what? I called your company twice and was told they would put a 24 hour rush on my order. Finally the doctors office supplied me with another box. This got me by and then my order showed up. It was still about four days later. This revue is generous!

I had just come out of a horrible experience with Byram and so I was extremely tentative going into this relationship. But I happened to get Joanne, who was kind, helpful, and very patient with me. Unlike Byram where I spoke to someone different every time, with Comfort Medical Joanne said I could work with her exclusively if I wanted, which I was happy to do. I felt comfortable with her and she made my first experience with Comfort Medical smooth and easy. I received my supplies exactly one week after ordering, even amid winter snow storms. The order was correct and I received all that l had asked for. I was also sent an email when my order was shipped including a tracking number to follow it’s route and tell me where it was at all times along the way. Talked with a woman who I thought had made my order but 5 days later found out the order had never been created. Talked with original contact Joanne Folk she handled everything and my order has been received.

Everything arrived promptly and correctly. One complaint, the carton was open. Evidently not taped on top properly.

Very difficult to get right sized external catheters. Everything else fine.
