The customer service with this company is beyond amazing. They make it all very easy for you. Joanne F made my process very smooth despite issues with my doctors not signing the form. She kept me in the loop so I could keep calling my doctor to get the form signed. The supplies came quick once my insurance approved everything. Joanne was absolutely amazing!
