Had to order twice, ran out of catheters before order arrived, supplies delivered amounted to less than half of what was ordered and needed for the month. Not happy, very disappointed as these supplies are a necessity for a quadriplegic. Could not be more disappointed.

I emailed the the qty and item numbers and they did not send what I asked for and waited on hold for a half hour only to get disconnected. Very frustrated

It was nightmare getting through to this company. Ever since they merged with Rocky Moutian Medical it’s been nothing but a hassle. I’m over it and will be finding a different provider.

My order took three weeks to get to me and every time I called is was supposed to be overnighted and it wasn’t. I will be choosing someone else next time

missing items from order and I have called several times to get the items I need for my daughter and have not received any information. very unhappy with this company. there is no follow through!

Not very happy with comfort medical right now.. I recently had to switch colostomy bags to a detachable 2 piece.. they had me send my old bags back to them, I saved 4 thinking my new supplies would be in before I needed them.. this was Friday April 3rd.. today is Thursday April 8th and I still do not have the flanges for my 2 piece bags! After having a massive bag blow out and going through what 4 bags I had left, my husband had to go search the world for bags and pay for them out of pocket, meanwhile I was sitting at home holding towels and bags over my stoma as to not get crap everywhere!! Not happy with this company in any way and if I had my choice I would NOT use them! Update: Good thing my husband found flanges for me because it took Comfort Medical another week to send the proper size flanges. They overnighted the wrong size, I had to sit on the phone with them for another hour to get the right size for them to overnight deliver again.. finally got it right. I hope I’m done with my surgeries before needing to order from them again..

Your phone number is very difficult to find online. I called 3 numbers before I got a hold of anyone. Your rep spoke over me several times. I then asked to be emailed the information for the comfort medical app. No one ever followed up and sent it to me. I don't think this is in good practice for the people that you serve.

My current ostomy supply store decided to not carry the Coloplast ostomy pouches that I prefer so the Coloplast CSR suggested Comfort Medical (and now I understand why). The first CSR at Comfort Medical lied to me and said that I could not order ostomy supplies from two companies in order to trick me into divulging the information about the other ostomy supplies that I use. After the phone call ended, I called Medicare and was told that this wasn't true. I informed this CSR that I wasn't ready to place an order until late March. In late March ,the second CSR called me about the order and I said that I only wanted to order one box of Coloplast pouches #15521 and that I might be ordering other supplies from my current supplier and I didn't want Medicare to be double billed, which I emphasized. So, I received all six ostomy items which I do not need and Medicare will now be billed twice for two items, unless I can return this shipment before Medicare is billed. I called Comfort Medical at 9 a.m. 3/29/2021 to ask for the return shipment address since Walgreens , which received the shipment for me, said they would not accept the package for return and that I would have to go to the Fedex on Main Street in Springfield. The CSR didn't provide a return address but said that I would receive an authorization number to return the shipment so I wouldn't have to pay for it. At this time 2:32 p.m.3/29/2021 I have not received a telephone call or e-mail with this information, so I will continue to wait for a further response.
