I am a new client and I recently was approved for Medicaid. I was getting low on ostomy supplies and was starting to panic. Kerene was my main contact and she was very understanding and helpful. When she wasn't available, everyone else was friendly and they all helped expedite getting the RX from my Dr., getting approval from Medicaid and putting a rush on my order. I got them in the nick of time. So my first experience was great and I look forward to working with them when I need to re- order.
