I have yet to receive my ordered equipment. Was sent to doctors office, they don’t have it yet. Would work better if it was just sent to my home, I don’t have time to keep going to the physicians office b

This is my first time dealing with Comfort Medical. My initial call with a representative, she was very informative, pleasant, and helpful! She said that they would handle all the dealings with my doctors and insurance company. And, to my amazement, I received my first three months box of supplies within a week. I only gave this review four stars because, I would like to see how my follow up is and then give my final review.

First time customer. Got my supplies very fast. The box wasn’t taped very well. Part of invoice was sticking out of box and it was smashed on one side. There was one item missing. I called from the email number you sent me. Very thoughtful and helpful, but was sent wrong item. I called again and the correct item was resent. Thank you

Reliable supplier

Really have no complaints. Would have given 5 stars, but I was not feeling well when initially contacted, and that person seemed to just want to complete her business with me when all I wanted to do was rest.
