I waited almost 3 weeks to have my 90 day order filled only to be delivered a 30 day supply. No communication why the order was switched to 30 days. The customer service agents are very good but management is atrocious. I asked 2 separate times for a manager to contact me but never received a call. As soon as I find the time I will be finding an alternative to comfort medical.

Reordered my supplies and missing several items. This happens every month and I have to call again to fix the mess up.

No response to request for inventory of delivered items. Impossible to manage usage without this. Also impossible to verify that order is same as purchased.

Been trying to contact billing for the last week and no one ever answers or calls back even after being connected from the main number . I even waited over an hour before I clicked the option for them to call me back when it was my turn (never happened ).Bad customer service for new clients!!

Excellent follow up leading to first order. Polite and knowledgeable rep on phone.

Comfort Medical suppliers did not send my order one month and acclaimed I did not call the order in,without a diary I was not able to prove I had the next month they waited 3 weeks to mail my order so I ordered from Amazon otherwise I was without!

I have not receive my mother’s catheters as yet and she end up in the hospital to get a new one. She has an appointment with the urologist on may 25th and I will like to know if I will receive her supplies before that date Please respond

This is only a 1 because the system will not accept a lesser rating. I have been unable to obtain ostomy supplies for my loved 1 for weeks because this company is completely inept and will not fill the surgeon's prescription. Apparently they expect me to Duct Tape baggies to my husband.
