Too many people, probably on commission, calling numerous times to the point of harassment! Emails also. And letters. I informed the callers that I would call when I was ready. The flurry continued. When was ready to order, I called and got the poorest response imaginable. Any questions?

I contacted Comfort Medical Supplies to order Ostomy Supplies for a medical practice back in April 2021 and just received a phone today, August 2, 2021 - 4 months after the phone call. Then I told customer service representative that I needed to know their D numbers so that we can order our supplies from them, I was transferred to some dept. that doesn't answer a phone or have a voicemail set up. Talk about poor customer service. Looks like we will be taking our business elsewhere! I guess this company doesn't want any more business by the way you return phone calls or run your departments.

Have not recieved my ostomy supplies. It has been over a week.

Some how we have 3 accounts. Good luck trying to get them on the phone unless you have 3 hours to wait. I have called and told them they sent a wrong order to me and they wanted me to send it back to them at my expense. They cannot keep the orders straight. If I could find someone else my insurance company would pay, believe me I would run!!!! BEWARE of this sompany.

Awful company. I was sent an email telling me I had an outstanding balance, no bill, just an email telling me to pay before a certain date. Tried to call them and was on hold for 30 minutes and had to give up and select the call back option and did not receive a call back. According to my health insurance company EOBs I do not owe them anything. Anyway, so I thought I would just pay the bill anyway to protect my credit but I cannot because the bill payment screen needs a Patient ID which they have not given me because they never sent me an invoice. Just want to get this resolved in some way!!!! Very frustrating.

I received an email informing me I had an account balance. I called for 3 days to pay it but a recording just said all agents were busy and someone would call back. Didn’t happen for 3 days. Very disappointing.
