Customer service agent who took my order was exceptionally helpful (I believe her name was Lynette). Other agents who fielded phone calls were patient and helpful. Order was shipped quickly.

My original prescription was written on 12/2020 for 2x daily use and changed to 4x daily use on 01/2021. I called Comfort Medical today to get my order refilled. The CSR told me they only have the 2x prescription on file, but not the 4x prescription. After performing communication, the correct information was found to be filed under a doctor notification as a follow-up, so it was located in a non-standard location. After I had provided some additional feedback, I was contacted by staff verifying the correct information is now easily accessible when future orders are placed. I sincerely appreciate the follow-up and helpfulness of the Comfort Medical staff.
