Quick and easy! No hassel!

Well, it was an easy ordering online, and my supplies in fact shipped one day late .. my email specified they would ship on Memorial Day Monday,.. I was not expecting that they would but they did ship the following Tuesday which was reasonable. Being highly completely and totally dependent on my support shipment and completely reliant on comfort Medical to be 100% accurate and dependable and 100% factual with information at all times. Since social security funds are released early if the pay date falls on a holiday and Medicare is just an agency of the government, I feel that my supplies should have left comfort Medical on the last Friday before and if it required a mark up cost for overnight next day due to the holiday, that exactly what I deserved on this occasion,, I with the company long term and a bunch of money is spent with your organization and once in a great while it would not hurt my feelings to see that my business and continued relationship going forward is of value to comfort Medical.. I’m not really seeing that the service is as good here as it once was..

you always make SURE I Have the supplies i need for my ostomy. they come in a timely manner and you are very helpfull. i have been a customer for many years and u have sent me samples to try which helped me greatly when i was a newbie. thank you

Dependable product delivered on time- what could be better?? An oddity- catheters were delivered in 2 shipments, no problem. But each had a partial box in a plastic bag. First, shipped 347-17 in a baggie and the second, shipped 193 with 13 in a baggie. All loose catheters appear intact, but isn't this odd?

Comfort is always very efficient with excellent follow up and courteous service. Personnel are customer-oriented and knowledgeable.
