We are new customers trying to get the right size etc. I have been dealing with the Rep Harley and I want to give him 5 stars. He has been nothing but outstanding in dealing with us. This one star is for your shipping department. We are in our summer home in Oregon. I explained that we are going back to our winter place in Arizona this week. I was told that my shipment would be here in 3-4 days. That was week before last! We are leaving this Friday morning. I do not want boxes left on my porch after we leave! I just sent an email to Harley asking for his help. But he is not in shipping. PLEASE HELP ME

We never got our supplies and I waited on hold for 20 minutes and gave up! We are left high and dry with zero ostomy supplies for my mom!

awful Took me three months and still didn’t get the bigger bag! Had to call the producer! I called Comfort Medical which wasn’t comfortable what so ever 25 times! I was only able to sleep three hours to change out a smaller bag because no one there seem to understand bigger bag! Use another company! They even sent me a order with no bags! So had to call them again!

Hello. I am a New Customer. The first partial shipment was urinary collection bags. Bad. The end of the not usable tubing had a cut off on the end that has the taper piece to accept the catheter. Shipping had a bad day! They “were exchanged” the very next day after I called. Now the next partial shipped had 15cc catheter and I ordered a 5cc. The numbers do not Agree. I hate to relish the thought of future shipments. Need I say, “l am not a very happy camper. What does this say. Order/sales. Order selection in warehouse/ packing and shipping. The next shipment should be ?

Sent incorrect order on two different occasions. Explained in great detail why the catheter did not work. I called and we week every day never received answer. Had to go to urologist office to get samples until new company got me correct shipment. Finally got someone to discuss process to return and told I had to return within 30 days which is sad as I did t even need the wrong shipment until around 30 days as I still had the previous order. Charged 104 for wrong type that I plan to have non fire. Person was rude and as a lawyer i would file suit if it was more money. Sad and awful experience. Bad enough I have to use a catheter to have to deal with this experience.

I have been waiting a week and a half for someone to call me back regarding my bed. You either need to get more people to answer your phone lines or get a better way to do this. I’ve left three messages each day and no one seems to bother to call back. My bed is falling apart and I don’t know what to do

It was quite embarrassing to stink up the bathroom at work and at home because I didn't have the deodorant liquid that I ran out of and that nobody mentioned it from your company and I kept thinking it was coming in the mail.
