Not certain if this is for the order or samples, but we were SO relieved when we received the order (which came before the samples) so we didn't have to use the inadequate bags anymore! The reps were very nice and courteous. Glad they're my supplier

Following a recent surgical procedure, I needed to perform intermittent catheterization to maintain my bladder and kidney health. The need for this self-care came as a surprise but I was able to reach out to Comfort Medical via their web site and request a telephone follow-up. The client representative quickly contacted me by telephone and helped me select products that I could try and see what fit my needs best. My initial delivery included items that I did not expect or need but with one telephone call to the client support group, I was able to arrange for replacement catheters that were shipped out that same day. After using a variety of catheters over a two-week period, I was able to discern what worked best for me. Again, with one telephone call, I was able to arrange to return unwanted items and have catheters I preferred exchanged without any difficulty. At first, I was not sure how soon I would receive my first shipment, but with a couple of e-mails, I learned that Comfort Medical had made contact with my physician and once they received authorization, my supplies would ship. I chose to contact my caregiver to confirm my request for these medical supplies, the shipment was delivered in about a week. Comfort Medical kept me informed of the status of my shipment and provided necessary support to allow me to easily return items I did not want or need. As someone new to this process due to unforeseen circumstances, I found Comfort Medical very supportive of my needs and willing to work with me to answer questions and provide the health care support necessary.

Excellent service! I am getting items for two different surgeries and everyone I have spoken to has been courteous, helpful and given me information I did not know. Their booklets were easy to read and informative.

My review is based on several people that represent Comfort Medical... the most recent Christine, who is extremely knowledgeable, has all the information necessary to assist me, with product information as well. Being new to this, I am learning from her from the ground up, to assist me and those at Comfort Medical without great issue or keeping them a long time on the phone. I really like the way she supported me, what needed to be achieved without making me feel bad, as what was ordered did not work, and is to be returned. Great customer support! I would recommend Comfort Medical to anyone who is going to be ordering ostomy/urostomy pouches, or anything that goes with that. Connie Oregon
