I was stressed by my first order as last order with Home Health Nurse had miss order of barriers & pouches. I checked with two order takers before placing my order. Box received. Supplies matched packing list, but 2 items were missing (remover and skin barrier). Panic without remover! Called Coloplast Mfg. as Comfort Medical was closed for the Memorial Day weekend. They said to not worry, just wait till Tuesday or maybe another box will come. This is exactly what happened! Another box arrived a couple of days later. First Order caused heartburn, but Comfort Medical did excellent just felt panic when only part order and no indication of backorders or 2nd shipment.

My order came more quickly than the company said it would. Everything was as it should be. Thank you.
