Great job in filling the list order

Always have good experience with comfort medical. Representatives are courteous and professional. Products arrive in a timely manner.

Customer support was super helpful, but I wish you could browse their product catalog online or on the app. The Coloplast rep initially gave the Comfort Medical rep the wrong size. I probably could have prevented that if I could have seen the item numbers & specs. I had to use a competitors website to give them the correct item numbers when processing the exchange. Also, I wish there was a way I could select which items to run through insurance & which items I could pay for out of pocket. I don’t like not having as much control over items picked.

The products are great. The people are great. I received it like in 2 days. The only thing that needs to be changed/updated is the software in your app. Where the quantity of an item is shown, there should be a way to change it to zero. As an example. I use around 70 of the Curity All Purpose Sponges each order cycle. They come in a box of 200. So I don’t need a box of them each order cycle. Lyle Mead

This was my 1st time ordering with comfort since they took over Hope Medical Supplies, a few problems were quickly dealt with and I received my supplies promptly. Thank you, your attention to customer service is greatly appreciated.

The folks @ Comfort Medical couldn’t be any nicer. They always are polite, provide whatever time one needs, will answer, or attempt to answer, your questions, & will call after your order is received to follow up. The supplies arrive always when they say that they will. I would not hesitate to recommend them, & are quite satisfied with my experience with them.

Some confusion with my initial order caused a shipping delay. No one notified me that there was an issue with an item that wasn’t covered by insurance until I called a week later. Every time I called, I got a different person which was frustrating. Once it was all figured out, the order was shipped promptly and was correct.
