It takes maybe some more time to make an honest viewpoint. I do not like the exterior sheath especially when I am sitting for any amount of time. Doing outside work or standing while fishing it works like a charm

Would be better if they give you different size hoses to try. Also should have Different size bags for short people.

my last 2 shipments have been wrong and the very last one all the caterers were spilled out of the boxes and all over the big box inside not very sterile also was a big pain to count and put back in all the boxes

Products and delivery are good. Billing is a big problem, no matter how many times I give them an address for billing, it doesn't happen timely. It goes 4-5 quarters until the bill comes, like sticker shock. I should change providers (for my mother) but I haven't found the time to do so... yet.

The billing system is poor. We received a $1000 + bill due to late billing by Comfort Medical. This was a shock and strain on our monthly bills. The company did offer a breakdown so we could pay over a period of time but still.................. We were told that they were working on making this better by using a "new system".

Well I think that the staff is really nice, tho however my last order was a nite mare!, it would be nice if the warehouse & the office were on the same page, I’ve had to return things & they were never noted to my acct that they were returned, so very upsetting
