Package has yet to arrive. Out of supplies, while I wait. Left your facility 8 days ago. FedEx stinks.

I just received a bill from them for $1836.00. My primary insurance doesn't cover the cost of catheters but my secondary does @ 80%. They billed Medicare $1080 per shipment & left me a balance of $489 per shipment. I talked to Jennifer in their billing dept. & she was incredibly rude. In the meantime I was able to find a company that will deliver the exact same product & quantity to my home for $165.00 & free shipping. I will be contacting Medicare & the Attorney General in my state regarding this. I thought price gouging was illegal!!

The supplies are not what I regularly get it was a substitute order. I use Convatec and the substitute was Coloplast. The two supplies were not even a close match.

Shipment was 3 days late and was wrong. I called comfort medical, they said they would have corrected order shipped out by overnight. I was suppose to receive a call the next day for a return item number. Did not receive a call.

The bags seal comes off so easy that I had a few accidents already.. I did not ordered this bags.

I sent back everything because your customer service rep handled my concerns about used equipment with zero compassion, saying "i don't know what to tell you'. Well, I will go elsewhere if that's how you think about nmy wanting sealed packages. Good bye !

I have not been happy with this company or Customer Service. I called for the first time & waited 20 minutes o hold & then was disconnected. I called back & waited another 10 minutes & the CS REP asked a couple of questions & then transferred me to another person to place my first order. After another 30 minutes I hung up. I called back a couple of hours later & the person told me the doctor had to order catheters or insurance wouldn't pay. I called my doctor's office & they faxed them what they wanted right away When I finally got my order it was WRONG! When I called them to tell them it was wrong they said they would have somebody call me back that day. I still haven't heard back from them. I went to my doctor & they confirmed the supplies were wrong & gave me 1 catheter bed bag & q leg bag. I'm leaving for vacation in 4 days & have no supplies!!! I'm very unhappy!!!

I had to wait and call so many times to receive my supplies. The custumer service is awful. I received the bill today and called to return the catheters because I no longer needed them and, after hours of waiting, leaving my phone and not receiving a call back as promised, was finally able to reach someone who told me that I no longer could return the catheters (not even an anused and unopened box of 360 catheters).
