Item # 6232155 was NOT ordered. Item # 7717 was ordered, but NOT Recevied.

I have been trying to get travel catheters and no one will answer the phone, or if they do they say someone else needs to talk to me and they take my information and never call back. I have called many times and it is frustrating that no one will return my call. I just received an order that does not have what I need because I can't talk to a real person, just a machine.

My catheters didn't arrive until the afternoon the day after I was out of caths. I've been worried that this would happen as a result of the limit of ten days on hand before being able to RO. Suggest a new look at the algorithm.

Was not notified that my Dr's prescription had expired, I had to call in 2 weeks later asking why I had not received my order. Dr's office didn't get any request from Comfort until after my call.

I need my orders to be on time

Trying to get information about a new product they are carrying. They have neen my ostomy supplier for several years. Left msg for a call back. Nada after 3 hours. So I called back and was on hold for 45 minutes - nada. Either they have no care employees or they just don't

Back and forth with doctors office info sent and not received. Waited 3 days. Heard nothing. Contacted another company and then got email from you that item was shipped. No call you received doctors info.. no text. Spoke with three different people without return calls. Just put in new order yesterday at noon and nothing yet. Doctor sent new script at 1230 yesterday still no nothing. ?
