Joanne worked relentlessly to get what we needed from the doctors office when my husband ran out of ostomy supplies. The doctors office was not very helpful and took almost a week to get them what they needed. She was in contact with me sometimes several times a day with updates letting me know what was going on..She then had them rush shipped for us!
