Took awhile to get stuff situated for my first order when I had no supplies. Otherwise the service was great!

I have been using Comfort Medical for the supplier of my Ileostomy equipment for 5 years and have been enjoying talking to the Customer service agents. They are friendly,understandable and aim to please. They also are knowledgeable about the products and helpful when you need to make changes in your order. I generally end up laughing about our chit chat before hanging up! One time I was sent bags that didn't match the wafers in size but they don't charge customers for returns and I got my correct size wafers before they even got the return. I wish they would sell equipment along with accepting what insurance covers but I have to use another supplier if I want to stock up.

May not have been your fault, outside box was smashed. Inside boxes ok

Everything was handled with professionalism the only drawback was the way their fax system functions.
