My order is never right and I have to double my order because I can’t get two different types of catheters

The lady and myself talked about me using a different flange than the one I am using (16923). When my order arrived it had the same flange I currently use. She said they had one that was not recessed as much and would send them instead. Communication error I guess. Thanks Joseph L Lancaster

I had a lot of trouble getting our order filled. First I was told the order was confirmed and then I didn't hear anything and then when I called I was told that there was a problem because there was home health care. I said no and gave them the name of the health care agency from the past. I didn't hear anything and when I called back I was told that the agency confirmed he was discharged. Then I didn't hear again for days so I called again and was told there has to be discharge papers from the agency and they sent them. After another few days I had no word and called and was told the agency has to send something not comfort medical. I contacted the agency and tried to get a 3 way call set up. that didn't work so I left messages. After a few days I called everyone again and the agency finally sent in the discharge paper. I was told the order would then go through. A few days later I got a notice that there would be a delay and then another few days later I called again and was told there was a power outage in the factory. the next time I called I was told they were out of stock. Finally someone ordered them from Ohio and they would be shipped. We got them several days later. this was all very stressful and I am thankful we didn't run out of catheters with 4 left when the shipment finally came.

the catheters took much longer to arrive than I was initially promised (which was overnight shipping)

In the past I received a call when I was about due for a reorder. That didn't happen and I actually ran out. When I called I was told that they had called. Odd, there's no record on my phone. If this procedure is your new policy fine, it would have been nice had you better informed me.

Online bill pay sucks and not up to date.

Would have given them 5 stars if they would only send me the information packet and my free bag. I've called them 3 times over the last 5 weeks for this. I was told the request was sent to the warehouse for shipping (twice!) but I have yet to receive the items, which I was supposed to get with my first order. They appear to be good at selling, not so good at customer service.

My shipment of cathers is being held up because you need additional confirmation from my doctor. Yu already had this for my prior shipments.
