Everyone has been very helpful. We live in a rural area so supplies have been hard to get. We ordered from you with what home health told us to order. Received the order quickly which was fantastic but may have to modify the order for next time as some of the supplies we were told to order don’t work for my mom. Overall very pleased with customer service. Thank you Karene!

Helpful and polite. The only reason I did not give five stars is that I had to call several times during a two week period to get the order finalized. Mostly because comfort medical was having trouble connecting with the doctor. But they got the job done.

After much discussion about “placing my order, so I would not run out” I was able to make my choice with the help of Yvonne and Dionne. Once they realized I was a first time sample catheter user and had never made any prior orders they were very patient and helpful and guided me through my order selection. I truly appreciate their care and compassion in assisting me. Thank you for my rush order!

Thus far my experience has been great. Service was prompt. Shipping was prompt. Received the correct products. The only reason I gave you 4 stars is because I waiting to see how the billing service is.

They did not follow up with my doctor as they said they did for a new prescription. They left off the smaller barrier strips that I needed to have to try the new 2 piece system. Most of the time I don't have any issues, but when my supplies never were received, I had to call them. They first said it was insurance, which was untrue, then said my doctor never sent the new prescription. For now, I'll stay with them, but if another issue occurs, I'm going back to the supplier I used when I had a temporary ostomy.

On my last order I was unable to get the brand that I like on some products that userly order. I ended up having to take an alternate brand.
