Being new to this, I gave the operator the item numbers that I needed and was sent completely different ones that I'm not familiar with. now I'm stuck with them. I feel like I was vulnerable being it was my first order and I had a limited number of supplies at home. I relied on you to send me what I asked for not what you wanted me to have. Lesson learned.

Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I've been trying to straighten out my claims and bills for almost 1 year. No response horrible customer service and billing.

The billing statements and the EOBs from insurance never match. The payment amounts charged to my card are not properly reflected on my statement form Comfort Medical either. I recommend using anyone else over this company.

I have tried four times to get your company to send me a copy of the cost of products you sent me. I did not receive a invoice on the cost of the products. I do not understand how these costs are ultimately allocated. I have been promised it would be emailed to me. Still, none arrived, and your accounting department does not answer the phone even by forwards from other departments, which is disheartening because selecting New Customers answered immediately. For example, if the cost was $100, was it billed to my insurance company, who set the price, what percent was paid by my Medicare, how much is my copay, if any, and if you won't answer these questions. Why?

I did not place an order for medical supplies and they took it upon themselves to send a 90 day supply. They sent an email to me AFTER it had been shipped. When I called them they were not cooperative in getting the order shipped back to them. Perhaps they figured I would keep them anyway, bad idea. I wouldn't do business with them if they gave things away free.

If I could give negative stars I would! This company has made me suffer day in and day out! I still haven’t got my supplies and I’m sitting here yet again without anything. These people are sorry and think it’s ok to make me be without my supplies they’re SICK! DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE TRUST ME THEY GET THEIR KICKS BY ALLOWING YOU TO BE WITHOUT YOUR SUPPLIES! ITS BEEN ALMOST A MONTH AND EVERYDAY THEY SAY YOUR SUPPLIES HAVE SHIPPED AND NOTHING! If I could have them locked up for abuse I would! Do NOT deal with Deana Alfonso, she has lied to me over and over and is suppose to be a supervisor well she don’t give a dang about patients either. These people are sick twisted individuals and they will treat you like crap and NOT ship you your supplies! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
