Star has been my favorite employee of Comfort Medical’s from the first time I spoke with her. In my over 25 years in customer service management, I was lucky to have a few employees as good as her. She’s not only polite, courteous & professional she totally exceeds my expectations every time. I’m sure you all are already aware of how spectacular she is, but I would appreciate it if you put this in whatever file you do when she comes up for review. What I wouldn’t have given for a staff full of her clones. She always has a great attitude that is quite infectious. Thank you for the opportunity to deal with such a great employee.
