I was in a dire need of supplies and I reached out to Comfort Medical who then ordered my supplies. They shipped them out over night on a Friday but I did not receive them in a day. It wasn’t until the weekend passed that I received them on Monday afternoon. I appreciate them sending them out as fast as they could and they have no control what happens after it leaves their doors. Thank you Comfort Medical. You guys have done your best.

It is difficult to return your phone calls!

I've used Comfort Medical since I started needing ostomy supplies. Most all of their reps are kind and helpful. They need a little work on calling the doctor to renew prescriptions.

Everything went very well after final approval. Arrival was timely. Case is very nice, but catheters do not fit within the case without bending. Not as happy with the catheter as hoped. Catheter is very stiff which makes use more uncomfortable.

I was almost out of supplies that I was sent home from the hospital with. My rep (Faith) put my order in as a high priority and it was shipped over night. I am very thankful for the speedy response to my urgency. Thank you!

I ordered my usual supply on 7-19-2021, when I still didn't have them by the 3rd of August, I got concerned. I called your number and was advised they were on back order. It puzzles me that I was not informed of this until I made the call. Anyway all is well that ends well. A substitute cath was shipped and I got them in a few days. Very similar to what I had been using, so I am pleased.

The order was received in a timely manner but the wrong protective seals were sent. Had to call customer service to get the correct seals resent.
