Oversized box partially ripped. Inside a number of boxed items had parts of the boxes ripped so that items (lubricating deorderants and sprays had come out of their individual boxes which could no longer be sealed during storage.

I felt the rep I spoke with was not very patient and a bit snarky. I’ve found your reps to be in a hurry and want me to “get things done quickly “. They know things inside and out. I don’t. Rushing me is not being helpful.

2 day shipping does not work for me in my location. Have tried to call with my last 2 shipments to change the time frame. Apparantly I must call within a 6 day time frame with each order to have a message sent to your insurance verification division to okay shipping to include 4day shipping because of my location in rural Montana, I do not receive my order in 2 days. Will try that next time as I ran out of catheters on the 20th and did not receive my order until the 23rd.

The catheter's you sent were wrong, I ordered short, not std lengh, Also piease educate me how I am to use only two leg bags per month? what is the number of times I should reuse each bag. They are labeled single use only, ????

I've had to call, several times to find delivery, then when the box came, it had the contents of the box unsecured, it was a mess! Had catheters outside of boxes inside, lubricant packs all over, and most importantly, were the wrong catheters! Have had the 1st rep.s I talked to confused. Not a good 1st experience. Not even sure how billing will be handled now for the 1 month trial. I am giving you another chance before I go back t ok original supplier.

This is the second time we have ordered belts for my husband’s iOstomy bag . We have recieved both times the belt with one hook . He needs the belt with two hooks. And I specifically told them that.

I put in my routine order on 12/30/20 and received it 1/16/21. Sadly it was missing the M9 deodorant. I've always ordered that and never had a problem. Hopefully it was just a mistake.

First order. Everything was there and correct. Problem was, I received a second large box full of medical supplies I did not order. I had to re-tape the small boxes and put them back in the large box and contact Comfort Medical with the problem. You sent FedEx to my home the next day to pick-up the box. I'm an amputee, and that was a little more work than I wanted to do.
