I am always pleased with my service that I receive from Comfort Medical. I’ve been with you for 6 yrs and plan on staying with you. Between Comfort Medical, and Coloplaste I’m very satisfied.

I ordered product on Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday.

This company is very responsive and helpful. I do wish that once a prescription is written, there would be more flexibility as to choice of catheter.

First time using comfort as we switched providers and they were wonderful!! Friendly, attentive and easy to work with!

A problem presented itself up front with the first shipment received. However, the problem was resolved immediately following a phone call. The problem involved two different issues. The first was the enormous box in which the medical supply was shipped in. It was cumbersome, and heavy, I'm guessing close to a 100 lbs.; and the wrong product was shipped. All was corrected in the shipment that followed by be correct medical supply, and they took my suggestion and broke it down into three smaller, plus one even smaller boxes that could be handled and carried by a person, not needing a piece of heavy equipment such as a dolly to transport them.
