There seems to be a lot of time between ordering and seeing when items are shipped.

It was an effortless first time experience with your company. Excellent customer service and everyone seemed genuinely eager to do business with us. We would have rated it a 5 star except for the shipping box not being completely taped shut at the top causing one of our supply boxes to be crushed on one edge. Everything else was perfect!

Had a few issues with the rep and her accent - could not understand all words and she pronounced some words do differently I was concerned we would get the delivery address right. The shipment took a little longer than I was expecting, but the sales rep (Duncan) sent me a supply to keep me going until our shipment arrived. Overall, I am impressed with the product, especially the packaging. I was told by Duncan the company serviced many other brands and I could possibly get a few samples of other types to see if any were better suited to my needs The rep then told me I could only get what was prescribed. I may have to get another company to send me an assortment, as advertised on TV.

They did a good job.

My shipment of catheters & lub gel arrived as scheduled, but the outer box was smashed in quite badly on one side. Luckily, the contents were not damaged. This may have happened by the courier, but I don't know as the box was left on the porch and I couldn't ask. One real complaint that I have is with settling a claim on my last EOB statement from Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield. It was for the service date of 7/7/21. I called them....got no satisfaction so I called Comfort Medical for their billing dept and got a representative named Brenda Sczepanik. She could see the problem and said she would get it taken care of but I never heard back from her, nor did I get a bill for my co-pay for that shipment. She said she would get one out to me right away......it has been close to 2 weeks and it has not gotten to me. I have been wanting to pay my co-payment from that date of service (7/7/21) but I never can get someone to send me a bill. It should be for $125.28. Seems no one at Comfort Medical seems to be interested in getting money due them. It is frustrating for me, but otherwise my dealings with CM has been very good for many years. I would serve rate them 4 star for their general service.

My first order experience: Customer service was great. But wasn't impressed with timeliness of getting my order to me. Hopefully this will improve. Compared to another company I was ordering from, Comfort Medical is a big improvement.

Operator was very helpful and the supplies were sent in a timely manor. It sure made my first time ordering a breeze.

The wrong drainage bag and tubes were sent, the problem was corrected with the right ones shipped the next morning.
